PRIDE SESSION 3 TRAINING MATERIALS
Session 3, "Meeting Developmental Needs: Attachment," introduces participants to the developmental needs of children and how they are affected by poor attachment. The concept of attachment is explored in depth as a key foundational component of human development and a child's ability to develop a sense of trust in adults. There is also extensive discussion of the behaviors that can result in children who have experienced abuse and neglect and suffer from a poor sense of attachment.
